The ex-wife of the owner of the El Pescador Hotel in the seaside resort of Mar de Ajó, who was found murdered a week ago in one of the rooms after an intentional fire, and her partner, were arrested in the last few hours accused of having committed the crime, judicial and police sources reported. The investigations are investigating whether the murder of Gabriel Antonio Espósito (55) was motivated by revenge for episodes of gender violence that the victim apparently committed towards the woman or if it was related to economic differences because they were in divorce proceedings. Judicial and police sources informed Télam that the prosecutor in the case, Martín Prieto, ordered the arrest of Espósito's ex-wife, identified as Andrea Paola Carames, and her current boyfriend, named Raúl Alberto Vargas, after a week of investigation.
