The oral trial for the crime of Marianela Rago Zapata, the young woman found with her throat slit and stabbed 23 times in the apartment in the Buenos Aires neighborhood of Balvanera that she rented in June 2010, will continue this Monday with the statements of her parents and brother, who always pointed to the victim's ex-partner as the perpetrator of the homicide, judicial sources reported this Sunday.   The hearing is scheduled for this Monday at 10 at the headquarters of the Oral Criminal Court (TOC) 29, located at 1536 Paraguay Street, in the Buenos Aires neighborhood of Recoleta.   According to the sources, on the second day of the oral debate Eduardo Rago and Patricia Zapata, parents of Marianela (19), will testify as witnesses; Matías Rago Zapata, brother of the victim, and his partner.   For the crime of Marianela, who was a native of the Fuegian city of Río Grande and who was murdered on June 27, 2010 and found a day later with her throat slit and with 23 stab wounds in her apartment in the Buenos Aires neighborhood of Balvanera, her case is being tried. ex-partner, Francisco Amador (36).   During the investigation stage of the case, Amador was dismissed five times, but re-indicted until reaching trial.   "I believe that Amador is the one who killed my daughter.
